Why didn’t my dress get approved?

We believe that wedding dresses are incredibly special luxury items, so we only accept dresses that are already in perfect condition or can either be restored to a “like new” state. Rest assured, our skilled cleaners are adept in removing all manner of stains and completing essential repairs. In the event that your dress is not accepted, it will be posted back to you promptly.

How much can I make from renting my dress?

You can earn up to 30% of the RRP on each rental! Your items 7 Day, 14 Day and 28 Day rental price is shown through your account.

When do I send my dress?

Once your dress has been approved, we will contact you via email - then your dress MUST be shipped within 7 days.

Will you use my wedding photos?

Yes, by accepting our terms and conditions you have given permission to use your images on our website.

Will my dress be altered in any way?

We offer "reversible alterations" on all of our rentals - these are small, minor changes that can be undone and your dress returned back to its original condition after the rental without causing any damage.

What if my items get damaged?

Each rental has optional Accidental Damage Protection for brides to take out in case of repairable damages (like replacing zips or embellishments and stain removal). In the event an item cannot be restored, the rentee is liable to cover the repair and cleaning costs at your discretion.

Do I make money from Try Ons

Try Ons aren’t earners, but they are crucial in converting Brides to rent your dress! More Try Ons = More Rentals

Do you have a managed service?

Yes we do! Once your dress has been approved through the portal it is automatically accepted into our "Managed service". The best news is this doesn't change your sales commissions either! We will then provide a fully managed service, taking care of all orders - postage / cleaning and quality control steps. By submitting your dress, you agree to us using your Wedding pictures online.

My dress needs fixing can I still submit it?

Contact our stylists with images and a description of fault to see if it can be fixed. We have specialist seamstresses we can normal fix most issues seamlessly.

How many times can a dress be rented?

Your dress is vigorously quality control checked after each rental, and cleaned/ fixed where needed this helps to extend it's rental life. As soon as it reaches the end of it's rental life (this depends on each dress but on average around 5 times) you will be informed and can decide whether to return or resell.

What if I want my dress back?

If your stock hasn’t rented or isn’t already booked on a rental, you can request your stock back at any point. You’ll just need to cover shipping costs.

Do I have to clean my dress?

Your items MUST be clean before it can be rented through our site. Book your clean and free home collection with our 10% discount PSBRIDAL10 through our recommend specialist Dry Cleaners - Magical Dorothy. https://magicaldorothy.co.uk Your items will then be kept at our warehouse and be inducted into our managed service and available for brides to rent.

How do I get paid?

Once you've received your first rental, you will receive funds through your chosen payment method.

How much do I earn from each rental? Do you take a fee?

You make 60% of the rental price, the remaining 40% includes all management fees, postage, packing and cleaning costs. For example if the rental price is £1000, you will make £600.

Where do I send my dress once its approved?

If you would like to start your rentals ASAP, we suggest purchasing and booking in your clean with Magical Dorothy using our 10% discount PSBRIDAL10 with free home collection. If your dress is clean: Just post or drop your items to our offices (Mon-Wed drop off only). We will quality control check and approve the items before they are accepted onto the "Managed service". Please always contact your P.S. STYLIST via email help@psonlinestyling.com before you send your items with the tracking information or time you'll be dropping off.
